Order Process

We can’t predict the weather or how busy the shop will be when you order. However, the following breakdown should give you a good idea of the whole ordering process from start to finish.

What happens after I order a sex doll?

If you’re ordering one of our pre-set characters or regular products, we usually have them in stock, we just need to do a detailed inspection to make sure they’re perfect before they’re sent out. This usually takes a few business days and also depends on our overall order quantity.

If you are ordering a customized product, this will take us a little longer to process:

Immediately after placing your order, you will receive a confirmation email with a breakdown of your order details.


We will manually check your order and make sure all the information and details are correct. If something is missing or seems a little unusual, we will contact you to confirm everything.


Your order will be passed to our workshop management and queued for production.


Once your doll is at the top of the queue, the shop makers and artists begin making your doll. Estimated manufacturing time is 5 to 21 days, depending on the features customized.


Once your doll is complete, our staff conducts a thorough quality control check and takes photos of your doll for your approval. These are called factory photos.
When you are satisfied with your doll and any necessary changes have been made, your doll is carefully packaged and ready to ship.


After shipping, you will receive a tracking number within 3-4 days.
At this point, your doll has begun its journey home and should be with you as soon as possible!


The total average time from order to delivery is 3 to 6 weeks, depending on your location, and doll selection.

Our goal is to process orders and ship all of our products as quickly as possible so that you can enjoy your new doll as soon as possible, but please be aware that your doll is made to order (even if it is pre-configured).

All dolls are delivered using UPS or FedEx service, depending on your location.

This schedule is an estimate. This is also true for all authentic sex doll suppliers or manufacturers, as we are manufacturers ourselves. Please be wary of any vendor that claims super fast delivery times, as they cannot produce customized dolls and ship them to everyone within 3 days ……

Some exceptions to production and delivery times include busy periods, holidays (including Lunar New Year), and any unforeseen circumstances (such as COVID-19). If there is a delay in your order, we will notify you promptly.

All dolls are delivered using UPS or FedEx. Both couriers offer regular progress and tracking updates so you know the delivery date well in advance.

We aim to ship all our products as quickly as possible so you can enjoy your new doll, but please note that your doll is made to order, even if it is pre-configured and does take time to make.

Delivery Charges:
Assuming you are unable to accept delivery on the date we give you. You can contact the courier directly to change it to another day that suits you better. You will receive the courier’s details when your order is processed for dispatch.

We ask that you leave your telephone number when placing your order. As part of the delivery process, the courier will ask you for a contact telephone number.

We do our best to ensure that all of our couriers contact you prior to delivery, but we also recommend that you contact them personally once you have received your tracking number. This is to ensure that they understand your delivery requirements directly from you.

Shipping costs
Shipping is free to all countries/regions! However we do not ship to countries/regions that have strict laws regarding sex toys. (Most Islamic countries, India, Africa, Mexico, or Brazil ……) If you are unsure of the laws in your country/region, please discuss this with us before purchasing as it may involve refunds and refund processing fees. For countries such as Canada, UK, Switzerland, Norway, Australia, New Zealand, etc., customs may charge import duties upon arrival of the doll. Taxes are not included in the shipping cost.

Customs and Taxes
Customs duties and taxes are regulated by Customs and may vary depending on the laws of the country we are shipping to. The buyer is responsible for import duties and taxes.

Damaged goods or packaging
You must inspect each item for damage when the box arrives. If you find that the product box is damaged, please take photos or video so that you can file a claim with the carrier. If the dolls are damaged in transit, we may need your assistance in filing a claim with the carrier.
